The mod you are trying to view has ceased development and consequently been archived. After that, you will see a new window which include many settings like maps, and bots number you can add, and when you click the "start" button, you can start your own offline mode with bots and then enjoy your gameplay with bots (just like the counter-strike)

As for AI, my idea is that adding a very simple ai for the beginning, like choose random weapon and spawn, take points and shoot the enemies, after that I consider to use Neural Networks and Machine Learning to make it more intelligent
