Wheredid you find the modded Mede8er Firmware for the Ac Ryan.

I have a PlayonHD Mini and i want to change the crappy Gui2 beta FW to a newer one than the old stable AcRyan FW.

Ok I just wanted to update the firmware post as there are 2 versions of the latest unlocked firmware for PlayOnHD V1 based on the following info from Mede8er, so both firmwares are available as either HDMI or SPDIF, read further to decide which applies to you.

I wold like to try the firmware, how do i get ? ?

What version do i have to install before trying this one?

Ive got the latest on now Firmware_PV73100_v7.4.4.r5440_European

These are only for the 73100. I had installed the gui 2.0 beta, and due to slow network performance, and sluggish in general, I immediately upgraded using the mede8er f/w. Still running to date (it is the latest me8er f/w available todate).

I notice the mod M8 4.0.5 f/w for HD posted above is only 42700KB while the original size is 56472KB, does anyone tested if it can support HD audio, there are some mod version which does not support HD audio. i.e. DTS-HD and Tru DD.

But how come this:

I have a folder in the root of the HDD called videowall with your icons in this folder.

Then I go to the Videowall, I select for instance Actionmovies, I press the Menu button, the I press the folder icon for the genre icons and then all I see are the GlynRS2 icons? How can I find your icons?

Then I go to the videowall, press menu and I see the little screen with the trashcan and then i press the icon below the trashcan. Then I see all the different genre icons but unfortunately not your icons but the GlynRS2 icons.

hi i wonder of you can point me in the right direction. i have AC ryan , ACR-PV73500 Playon!HD Essential. will the me8er firmware work on this model. i am running current ac ryan firmware v5.4.4.r2688 with bootloader 0000.0501.0013 . i tried using the download links to see if it works but not working

I have an AC Ryan Playon HD (PV73100). I changed the firmware to the one you made, to make it look like a Mede8er. It is running just fine, but I have often blank screens, and the system hangs for a while, and start rebooting.

Where did you find the modded Mede8er Firmware for the Ac Ryan.

i have a pvr76120 unfurtunaley the usbportstwin are screwed malfunction the other usb port works pc ryan connection is there any other way to install upgrade firmware like thru lan etc etc or where can i get this spare usb to replace anyone knows send me a mail 76...@incasso.cjb.net
