It seems that I need to explicitly invite just a circle of gUniversity members to the event.

I'm sorry to ask this newbie question, how do we go about scheduling a date and time!  Do we just agree here and then go to the permanent link?  If so, let's plan our next hangout, how about this Thursday or next Thursday at 5pm?  Pacific time!
