Click to Dial from Contacts Does Not Work

We just ordered this through SimpleSignal and have it installed and right now, the only area the it appears to be accessible is in a message. We cannot "click-to-dial" from Google Contacts nor do  see it in Google Calendar... making this thing pretty worthless. What am I missing here?

Chad...you should see the UC bar in your messages. Are you saying your UC bar is not working or that you are trying to do a click to call from the contacts page?

Yes. I see it in my messages, which does me little good. I want to be able to go into my contacts and click to dial. Hell, even if I click a phone number in a message it just pulls up Google Voice.

Also, do you know if anyone has written any connections into ConnectWise (PSA software for the Managed IT services industry?)

who at simplesignal sold you gUnify...they should of done a demo for you prior to purchase. 

We have videos all over the internet that show gUnify as a gadget, we are not a browser plugin. No sure why you are finding this as a surprise. We never show any where you can do click to call from contacts.
