Hi,... I have some issues with this gUnify...

It looks like you are proxying the routes from my client to our server. We restrict the ip adresses where these clients may login. We notice some strange behaviour in the received pakkets at our server...

 

Can you explain this...?

Sacha, I would not know how to help you with out getting into more detail with your specific network. These things happen with Session boarder controls and the routers/firewalls. We are using a WEBRTC Gateway with NAT Translation and a STUN server. 

We would have to get our engineers involved, and the public version one you have is not the one we would use. We would have to set you up on the private one, but this would require a business discussion. 

Are you in a position to have a business discussion?

I have gUnify connecting with our RingCentral account but SIP calls immediately fail. I can place a call using Google Hangouts from the gUnify client. Do you have a software configuration adjustment that I can make to gUnify so that it will complete dial out calls? If so, where or what file do I edit to allow it to make the SIP call?

I'm trying to use the free Chrome OS SIP app on my HP Chromebook 14 and I can't get it to register on my voip account (with a diff provider).  Is there a help forum where we can discuss problems like this?  (found this thread through a web search as I could not find a gUnify forum on the website).

HI Guys,
In my case, I am able to connect to the service.(my service provider is FREE - thats the name of it) BUT as soon as I try to call a number whether it is trhough hangout or gUnigy the call disconnect instantaneously.

Any ideas?
