Gunify Sip Client Terminates call Right Away

I have been using the SIP client for several months now and think it is great. 

Just recently it has been letting me log in but when I try to place a call it terminates it right away and the call never actually gets place. I have used the SIP client successfully before so I know how it is suppose to work but can;t figure out what I am doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
