gUnify Chat

When I open gUnify Chat Beta all I get is the spinning connecting wheel.  Nothing else happens.  I have tried uninstalling and re-installing.  When I re install I am not prompted for any log in credentials.  I have turned off chat inside of gmail but even with this on I get the same results.

Hello we just checked and it seems to be working fine. Can you send us a screen shot of your issue?
