Looking for a Microsoft Lync equivalent for Google Apps?

How do I integrate my enterprise hosted voip system from BroadSoft with Google Apps? There must be some type of Microsoft Lync equivalent for Google Apps!

  • It has to be completely cloud
  • Easy to setup
  • Provide click to dial from any browser 
  • Conference calling integration with Google Calendar with Join.me Screen share 
  • Rich presence in chat (off hook, on hook)
  • Reporting with easy access 
  • Automatic calling logging to my CRM
  • and its got to be Googly with other cool features 

Does anyone know of such a company?
