I read something on the Guncho Wiki about a realm being full. How many people have to be connected for the realm to be considered full?

The limit is the number of PC objects available in the realm. By default it's 25, but you can add more by saying:

50 PCs are in the PC-corral.

(IIRC, this number is added to the original 25.)

Ah, that's a much smaller number than I'd originally anticipated. Theoretically, could it handle up to 100 or 200? Not that I really plan for it to get that high, it'd just be nice to know it's possible in such an event as 200 connecting at once.

Theoretically there's no hard limit. Inform will only let you create 100 objects in a single statement, but you can go higher with multiple statements.

In practice you might find that the realm gets slower to compile and run as you add more PCs.
