I created a (crude) map of The Outer Realm and the realms it links to
using IFM[1] and uploaded it to the Guncho Google group. I was going
to put a small version on wiki page for the Outer Realm but file
uploading is disabled on the wiki :-(.

I was going to add stub wiki pages for the linked in realms and was
thinking of doing maps for a few of them as well.

Is this something that is deemed worthwhile? Can file uploading be
enabled on the wiki for this type of thing?

PS: I believe the link east of the beach and south-west of the
Rulebook Factory are mistakes but they currently do exist so I mapped
them. I didn't map the Vacant Lots room however because there is no
way to get there.

I certainly appreciated your map so I would say its worthwhile.

However, I'm not sure whether Mafioso should be listed (south of the
beach) since it is a part of Hunter's Realms of Lore which I think is
marked as private, though it is currently possible to get into it via
the beach link. I paged Vaporware about it the last time I was logged
into Guncho.

Hunter requested that link.. there's nothing secret about it, so I say
keep it on the map.

There may be some confusion about the access levels. It looks like
Hunter's realm is marked "Hidden", which keeps the realm name from
appearing in the "who" list but still allows links.

"Private" is like "Hidden" but prevents other realms from linking,
unless the player going through the link has higher access (due to
being the owner or being placed on the access list). Competition
entries should therefore use "Private".

I'm open to suggestions for an access level permission system that
would be more intuitive or powerful.

BTW, I'm looking into allowing uploads on the wiki, but it looks like
there are some web server security issues to consider first.
