Any changes from this contact Jonnie or Libby. Leaving at 6pm sharp from Libbys flat (so arrive 5ish if you can to help pack the bus)

I've e-mailed ferry company to confirm names on bus (as the cardholder isn't travelling) and to confirm its not a disaster if you miss the 4.20 sailing (would have called but the phone has helpfully died!). Its never been a problem before so I think you'll be fine, just means less time on the bus if you make it on time!

You will have the booking confirmation, French road atlas and £268 fuel float (Martin Arnar Grothe Lien and Emily Tickle are owed £40 deposits back but Matt Dooner and Charlotte Cochrane still owe £40 so maybe its easier if Charlotte gives £40 to Emily Tickle and Matt gives £40 to Martin?).
