Dear Wash Cluster members,   on behalf of the DWO Gulu, i hereby forward copies of the MOWE, Water Atlas update project data collection forms for point water sources and motorized water schems. these are the agreed common format by the district and MOWE. all development partners are urged to adopt this format.
