Pump Mechanics, Spare Parts Meeting

Attached are the notes from today’s meeting. The main things we agreed on:
1. Patrick (from District) would provide us with a list of Pump Mechanics and status
2. Pump Mechanic Survey – questions to ask PMs about why there is a gap (and hopefully use this information to guide future trainings), as well as talk with the communities about PMs activities
3. List of spares, costs, and maintenance – Set of Standards to provide to communities
4. Organizations would report to District and UNICEF about WASH activities for 2010 (and 2009 if possible) to ensure the database is up to date
