Who is the dumbest?   1.     A Mukiga who goes to a bank with a spanner to open an account   2.      A Musoga who removes his shoes to enter a taxi   3.      A Munyoro who went to bed with a ruler just to know how long he slept.   4.      A Muganda who waves at a newscaster while watching TV news   5.       A Musongora nurse who wakes up a sleeping patient to give him sleeping pills because she forgot to give him the medicine   6.      A Mutooro who lowers the volume of his TV because he wants to read a text message   7.      A Munyankole who climbs a tree to check on ripe mangoes then comes down and start throwing stones aiming the same mangoes.   8.      A Mugisu who polishes his shoes to take a passport size photo   9.      A Mufumbira who sprays himself DOOM to chase away mosquitoes.
