Gulmohar Garden visit on 27 May 2012 @ 3:00 PM noon

Hi All,

Today i have visit Gulmohar Garden ,Raj Nagar Ext. when i called SVP head office. they told me that possession latter will be issue in Ist week of June bcause internal Road are in progress. I have gone to verify Gulmohar Garden. There are three Phase in GG. Phase I, Phase II ( Krishna) and Phase III. New tower launch in GG called phase III. I have asked for prise for GG Phase III. They said these new tower has to be lauch so no price fixed for these towers. I have visited tower L-VI and found no progress when i have seen last time. there is no progress in internal road and when i asked to person overthere. they said this will be ready till Diwali. and i have analysied the situation overthere that it will take at lease one year or may be till HOLI.i have booked this flat in August 2008 and that time they promissed me to handover flat in March 2010 because June 2010 is mention in registered aggrement.I have seen they are changing the internal layout of the society i am having 3 brouser in which layout has changed.Kindly take action as soon as possible. Kindly fixed a date and time so every one can assemble and think of this situation.
