Got Possesion Letter

Hello All,

 

Today i have recieved posseion letter from svp . My flat is in L-1 tower.

 

In letter they hv clearly said that the possesion got delayed due to unavoidable circumstance which were not in control of bulider (??)

 

It is not foolish to guess that these guys are in no mood to give anything against delayed possesion.

 

I am based at hyderabd therefore not able to physically verify the condition at site. i really doubt if they have completed even basic minimum work for possesion.

 

Has anybody visited recntly or planning to do so ?

Construction activities are not over.. I would say it is just 70% completed. plus the builder have started 3 more towers. I believe it would take atleast a year before the society can be termed as completed.

Though my tower is not under the current possession phase,however I can come on saturday to meet you all. I was at the site about 3 weeks back and apart from the raw building structure nothing has been completed.

There are no internal or external roads.
I saw sever holes however don t know whether they are connected and operational.
None of the flat internal work got completed.
Gym construction work have just started.
3 new tower construction is going on. Large truck can be seen parked inside the society.
I did not saw any operational parking or lifts.

In whole gulmohar garden is a shit hole right now. No way ok for possession.
