Sex Offenders in the Park .. A MUST READ

There is and always has been a problem at Naturist Parks with Sex
Offenders, registered and otherwise, trying to gain any kind of access
to the Naturist way of life. It is both very scary and a formula for
instant and serious criminal activity. Simply put a Sex Offender is
not welcome and/or usually not allowed, and a registered sex offender
is clearly not allowed at a Naturist Park. EXCEPT THIS ONE AT THIS
TIME.

All those Naturist Park written and unwritten rules respecting dealing
with Sex Offenders do not exist as a consideration for the safety and
well being of residents and legitimate guests at this Naturist Park.

THERE ARE CURRENTLY FIVE [6] REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS LIVING WITHIN
THE PARK BOUNDARY'S, AND ONE [1] IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT, ALL WITH
UNFETTERED ACCESS OF THIS NATURIST PARK.

There is also no way of determining who comes and goes that may be a
registered Sex Offender as the owners/managers of the Park do no
checks on residents, renters and guests, have no guiding rules on this
subject or if they somehow do, the resident offenders and their guests
as still welcome and Park day guests who are not checked are obviously
let in anyway. There is no gate at this Park, no stop and check
procedure and the entire Naturist Park remains unfenced.

As with all Naturist parks, there are nude children in this Park.

The five [6] Registered Sex Offenders residing at this Naturist Park,
and one [1] immediately adjacent on former Park Property at this time

Any person who is thinking of buying property in this Naturist Park
should very carefully do their due diligence and in the case of
dealing with Real Estate Agents and/or the Owners/managers of the Park
on what the liability might be if one of these SEX OFFENDERS happens
to cause problems at your property and/or with your family and guests.
It is always best to consult with an Attorney, take this information
with you, and also find out if the Owners/Managers who allow this SEX
OFFENDER practice have insurance in their own right in case of a
problem. There has already been problems in the recent past,
requiring additional jail time with Robert 'Bobby' Elia within the
Park.

Don't they have any more or principles on child security? I certainly wouldn't want my kids exposed to the serious potential hazard!
