Hi Team,

Fabulous job at continuing with the winning streak. I am very happy with the way GullyChamps is evolving every day and I hope you all will agree to it. However, creative enthusiasts that we are, we always want to improve and improvize with what is already there. On these lines, I have included a few points that I wanted to discuss with everyone of you.

~ One of the important thing is communication and it is sad that we still do not have some prominent players on the GullyChamps mailing list. I still have to have the email addresses of the likes of Anoop, Meher and others. So, please forward the email addresses asap.

~ As we continue to win matches, 2 things are for sure: 1) GullyChamps gaining popularity and 2) Extending our winning streak beyond the known victims.
We have 2 requests already to play others. One of course, is BHEL team and the other is apparently by IIIC. My proposal is, let us have friendly matches with these teams first before we plunge in to making money.

~ Ground problems - Gullychamp funds
This is important. I am sure a lot of you are aware of the Alcohol fund that we maintain. I think we can do something similar to pool up money to solve our ground problems. However, we do not need money to solve all problems. Therefore, be on a lookout for any other alternatives. Ravi was talking about playing in HAL grounds.

~ Practise and fitness sessions
Next very important agenda item. We need to have group practice and fitness sessions. One of the thing that I observed is our lack of generating power. While I salute your class and ability to find those very important gaps, just imagine class backed by power.

~ Anyone interested in Gullychamps tees?
Lastly, adding a little glamor to glory is never bad right? Lets have light blue tees with GullyChamps on the front and our names on the back. It will be really nice to have all of us turning out in our customary team t-shirts.

~ Coming soon - www.gullychamps.googlepages.com
I am working on this web site and this should be live soon. Monetization of this will happen as the web site is completely developed.

Anything else that you have on mind. Shoot them across and we will discuss all of them :) If you prefer meeting up and talking this out, lets all meet together some time soon (read tonight).

Hi Team,
Although we have won two in a row, they were pretty close.

All our big guns fired this time, luckily!
most of us (inc, me) have to improve our batting as well as  ground fielding.  I felt we gave away  too  many singles and twos and of course two very big overs. The ground we played last time, like all others, was too crowded, may be even more. There is no way we can asses our ground fielding in that setting.

Right now our success is  completely dependent on 3 to 4 players we have to improve  that number. Group practice will help us here. Even though its not possible for all eleven of us to have practice sessions i think we should device a system so that atleast four to six of us can have practice session on any pre-assigned practice days (may be on saturdays).

We have to improve a lot to compete with other teams.
and
!! We still do not have eleven players. this needs to be addressed soon. !!

Tees and all,.... yes we should definetly have them. They go a long way in building team spirit and commitment.
A gullyfund would be nice. May be its time to lighten our pockets a little bit now.
Don't worry, if everything goes well they might just overflow in near future.

Anyway congrats to the team, Let us all do our very best  to continue this winning streak.

Hi Team
First of all Congratulations team for winning the second match too

Yeah i agree with rajesh there is lot of improvement to be acheived
though we have improved from the previous performance atleast in the
batting department,We have to improve our fitness first, that will be
only possible with regular practise.I think we should have a match
within ourselves and find out the strong and weak points of each and
every member,so everyone can start working on their weak points and i
also think that its high time that some us start taking responsibility
other than letting the whole burden on the others (i confess that iam
the main culprit and sorry guys for chickening out like that) and i
have to say that iam ashamed of myself for letting down my captain and
i wanted to congratulate naveen for fighting like the way he did that
tought me a good lesson.
Thanks.
