Dear Navassa residents and other stakeholders,
Please join us on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 for a community meeting and drop-in session about the Kerr-McGee Superfund Site in Navassa.
The Multistate Trust, together with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ), will share information about the second phase of work in Operable Unit 2, the proposed cleanup plan for Operable Unit 4, redevelopment planning, and more. Stay for the drop-in session to ask questions and speak with project representatives.
