Greetings Environmental Enthusiasts!

Are you looking to join in on the fight to help create a healthy and more sustainable Earth?

With landfills on the rise and litter covering roadway sides, our beautiful town is a magnet for waste!

Beaufort County Solid Waste and Recycling's Public Works department is on the hunt for motivated volunteers to help out at our 4 largest lowcountry convenience centers.

If you join us in assisting with sorting recycling material and educating the residents that use our facilities, you will have the opportunity to learn skills that will be useful in your everyday life.
