BJWSA crews are actively investigating a water system issue affecting the St. Helena area. Crews are experiencing difficulty maintaining system pressure due to increased demand following recent freezing conditions.

To help reduce strain on the system, customers are asked to stop dripping faucets and limit nonessential water use until further notice. Any reduction in demand will help stabilize supply levels while the investigation continues.
