DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY NAMED: VIPSha Inc. (Digisys Solutions Pvt. Ltd.)


I will give you some info about this company, and
Why i lost my document, my money and most important my time.
Don't join this company in any situation, It is total a fraud company.

Company policy (VIPSha = Vipul Shah):

1. You have to work totally free for 60 working days as (2.5 month) a trainee even if you have some experience.
2. You have to submit all your original document and 50000RS check without date.
3. After 60 working days of free work you will get paid salary 8000RS out of that 2000RS will be deducted as PI that means you will get only 6000RS(3.63$ per day) as an IT Engineer per month.
4. After 4 months Company Head will offer you to leave the company and pay 10000RS to the company to get your documents back.
5. If you need 1 day leave, than you have to inform them before 10 days, if not than you will get double penalty that means your salary will deducted for 2 days.
6. No pay for Holiday, means salary will deducted for Festival & holidays.
7. If you take more than 3 days leave in month than 1 extra day will be deducted from your salary.
8. If you resign than you have to give 60 working days’ notice period during that 60 days you will not get any salary,  Company says that they will set account after notice period completed but they don’t do that but there is no guarantee to get your 2.5 months’ salary.
9. Company time is 9:30AM to 8:30PM and 50Minutes break, but you will always leave after 8:50PM means every day you have to give 20 Minutes of overtime to the company.
10. Company will deduct professional tax from your Salary and will not give any Income tax return form- 16 Also company is not providing any PF, Medical facility to employee.
11. For Company every employee is only worker, no value or self-respect for any employee.
12. You will not receive any document like appointment letter, salary slip from this company & no guarantee for experience letter.
13. Company will sign bond for 1 year from you, under the Company name of Digisys Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
14. While there is no existence of Digisys Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
15. Company has only 10-14 employees.
16. Girls are not allowed in company.
17. New Rules can come as Company Head wants without any suggestion from employee, any new rule harms to every employee.
18. When company head is in Office at that time office becomes Sabji Market.
19. Even Company is using pirated software for development like Windows XP, MS Studio 2008 and many more.
20. Company is situated totally in Residential plots.
21.  Annually you can take maximum 12 leave if your leave is above 12 than per 1 leave your will get penalty of 0.5 day that means your 1.5 days will deducted from salary.
22. Above all rules will be known to you after you join the company and submit your original documents.

About Company Head (VIPSha =  Vipul Shah):

1. Company head has Green card of America so, he stay in America for half year and half year in India,
If your salary increment is coming and Head is in America than your salary increment will be extended.
2. Company Head is number one poor person of India-America.
3. He hired one advocate, and the advocate is hired to threat any employee to get money for employee's original document.
4. When you meet him he will show off that he is too much busy man but its totally wrong, he has no work to do in office.
5. Even emploee can’t directly contact to the Company Head.

Just for curiosity, I created my profile on their site and really got impressed. I even didn't say online profile creation even in a big companies of Ahmedabad.

Don't know much but looks that Company is good.
