We are looking for Technical Support & Manual Tester/QA.

Job Description
Only Email Support and Reply, No Calling. Limited Remote support.
The candidate will need to test issues reported by customers.
Perform regression testing. QA before the product or fix is released.

Candidate must possess excellent English written communication skill.

Must know SQL Statements (Insert, Update, Delete, Select, Group by, Inner Joins).
MS SQL Server knowledge will be added advantage.

Key Skills
Understanding of MS SQL Server, MS Acess, and MySQL database services.
Understanding of SQL Queries, Views, and Stored Procedures.
Understanding of HTML.
Ability to write a test approach/strategy.
Defect reporting & analysis.

Languages:
Spoken Hindi or Gujarati(Required)
Written English (Required)
Spoken English (Preferred)

Qualification - Graduate
Experience: Work: 0 - 2 years
Location – Ahmedabad.
Job Timings- 10 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Friday)
