Just gave it an hour up to and including pg 3. Need to practise lots! I am following the tabs that John sent. Did Raffi give us 3 pgs only?

If I can get the first few pages I think I will be satisfied.

Well it's slow. Taking me a long time to switch chords. Haven't even gotten past the intro. But am hearing the song out of it so I guess that's a start :)  I'm following John's too - it's a savior!!

Well I’m back from weekend activities. 

Christmas season is picking up speed. 

It’s going good sometimes and others a disaster – sigh. 

The stuff Raffi sent doesn’t really coincide starting on page 2.

I actually just took out my guitar at work and made everyone listen to my broken, rickety Stairway to Purgatory…

Personally I had fun this week playing Let it Be with that intro that Raffi gave us, and Mrs. Robinson. I can play Stairway for only a short while before I get frustrated. Have not made it past page 3 or 4.

What the heck does the song mean?? I didn't get it when I heard it stoned at 20, and it is still elusive.

Christmas, you guys put too much pressure on yourselves. Don't worry about my present. I am happy with just about anything expensive.

Well folks it's been pretty dismal. I haven't had a ton of time to practice so even worse BUT my optimistic side looks forward to a time when I'll be playing it with little effort. So I will carry on!!

Hi Raffi,

John and Alison are out. We haven't heard from Gulrez. I just realized that the day is this Sunday.
Let's conclude that this class will not be represented.

That's fine. The late confirmation of the concert hall made it difficult for a lot of people to commit to this so I've cancelled the concert. I'll make sure to avoid this situation for the spring.
