GuiServer 1.3 has been released

Binary files are placed on the github project page and, as usually, on my site.

Main changes:

 - Added support for SetVar(), GetVar() functions;

 - Added support for checking/enabling/disabling menu items;

 - Some important improvements and fixes in HwGUI has been introduced, including support of anchors and styles in Designer forms, window height issues, support of presetting column width and more.
