A proximity driver is a sophisticated electronic hardware device that functions as the heart and brain of a high-end proximity sensor system. Such systems are used to detect things like industrial equipment vibrating outside of their tolerances, which can have huge implications for safety, efficiency, and machine wear and tear. The Metrix proximity system can work with any monitor rack that accepts 200 mV/mil (7.87 mV/µm) or 100 mV/mil (3.93 mV/µm) proximity sensors. It is proven to work with multiple different manufacturers that produce monitor rack Vibration Monitoring Systems (VMS).
The MX2033 Driver can be ordered pre-configured for your exact application and if you need to change it in the field, you can do so using our free software and a mini-USB cable. The driver is field configurable and gives the user the ability to change probe types, system lengths from 1 to 12 meters, and numerous different common shaft material types. It even can work with unknown material types.
In a phase trigger application, one can actually adjust the amplitude of the pulse after the probe has been installed using our free software.

I just bought a used 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium and have noticed a vibrating/rattle sound coming from the B pillar on the driver side behind the seat belt adjuster near the headliner. This sound only happens on the highway and not on bumpy roads in town, making me believe it could be a problem with wind; but I never hear a whistle sound. I've taken the plastic trim pieces off and confirmed its coming from inside the metal structure of the pillar. Does anyone know a fix to this? I've thought about getting some spray foam and carefully filling the pillar structure but am also concerned about anything that is inside getting damaged. Any advice is welcomed, thanks in advance.

The W0625AB01G brushless BLDC coin vibration motor is ideal for Hi-Rel applications or those with high duty cycles. A driver IC is built imbedded within the motor, so no external driver IC is required. Apply DC voltage as you would a normal brushed DC motor. This type of motor is about twice the price of its comparably sized brush type counterpart. If you do not require a Hi-Rel motor, consider using this motor instead. Voltage polarity must be observed or you will damage the internal driver IC. This device operates on DC voltage only. A PWM signal can not be used to drive BLDC motors. For MOQ: 1K pcs, we can supply custom lead lengths as well as connector. For MOQ: 5K pcs custom FPC's can be supplied.
