Help needed for mat loading/unloading for the regional this Saturday

Dear All,

The Regional course by David Walker is upon us and the expected number
of attendees is very high. We will need all the help possible for the
following behind the scenes tasks:

1. Tomorrow early evening (time TBC) unloading of mats from van at
Surrey Sports Park
2. Saturday 9.30 am we need to load our mats at the Guildford Town
club into the van, then make our way to the Surrey Sports Park and
unload the mats there. This task should be completed by 10.30 am
3. After the regional course, we need to load our mats back into the
van to be shifted back to the Guildford Town club.
4. There might be some more work to do on Sunday. This will be
confirmed soon.

Please let me know at your earliest (preferably today) if you can come
help for the various tasks. Needless to say that the more people we
are, the less painful the whole operation will be. All the mats will
be carried in a van, but it will be good to have an extra car or two
to shift people around.
