Okay, so recently ANET has changed the following skills:
Hunter's Shot
Penetrating Attack
Sundering Shot
Power Shot
Precision Shot
So they made the casting time one second and greatly reduced the
damage.
I personally liked it better when they did more damage and had the
default casting time.
Which one did you guys like better?
