This weekend. My question is why now? Last year around this time
they did the Dragon Festival again to make up for those players who
were frozen out before of server problems, so why not that?
One good point regarding festival hats. It seems that the hats
provided in the last two events were popular hats used before instead
of those crappy player designed hats or masks. For the Canthan new
Year we had the lion mask and for the dragon festival we had the glasp
masks.
