So, before I give you the build itself, I'm going to tell you a short
history.

It all started with the paragon...
So one day I saw a warrior in PvP using fire elementalist skills,
though the build wasn't very effective itself. So I decided to adapt
that to my paragon. Well, the fire build I made was superb and had
very few energy problems, except for death.
Anyway, two weeks ago I have adapted that build to the warrior. The
positives are that it tanks voluptuously well, except that the energy
is a problem. I mean depending on the circumstances I could keep it
up, but the paragon's Glowing Signet just pulls you out of any energy
crisis, and the warrior lacks that particular skill.
Then on Sunday, I made a build with a W/E using a hammer. The
essential build was to use Bed of Coals and use knockdowns in it.
That's when I noticed... power wanding...
So at the start of the battle, the two teams are separated and such,
so I use conjure flame and started wanding to build my my adrenaline.
Then I noticed I dealt quite a bit of damage that way...
So then! My next project was to make a freakin stupid build off of
wanding people to death.
I'm not going to give attributes and equipment as this is the first
build I made for power wanding.
The skills were in any given order:

Watch Yourself!
Coward! (elite)
Conjure Flame
Flail
Healing Signet
Signet of Strength
Resurrection Signet
Mark of Rodgort

Anyway, so a lot of people enjoyed the build, and I wanted to deal
more damage. So in one of the battles, I saw the infamous Rt/A
Spirit's Strength + Daggers. So guess what I did... I did just that.
Unfortunately, in the arenas, people aren't so kind to Ritualists and
then the ritualist gets spiked, then dies, and overall... the
ritualist dealt no damage. Since that build in general failed... I
moved back to the warrior to rethink my ideas. Then this morning I
came up with doing this with a DERVISH! Then I improved it at school.

So here's the final product!
Skills used in any given order:

Mystic Vigor
Harrier's Haste
Mark of Rodgort
Vow of Strength (elite)
Conjure Flame
Heart of Fury
Mystic Regeneration
Resurrection Signet

If you want to know the attributes, use the template codes below.

Here's the template code for the skills:
Ogakooq3qymz3Fd7L+2ibbB7VAA

Here's the template code for the suggested equipment:
Pk5RjswqUTk006S1JFbrnWKFbrfIJFbLfqJFbLZNKFb7eA

Here's how it works:
You put Conjure flame on yourself FIRST, then you put on Mystic
Regeneration if needed, then the other enchantments. This will ensure
that Conjure Flame is not stripped and you want that damage there.
Then you can wand away. But it is highly suggested that you use Mark
of Rodgort so you can inflame your foe to death as well. Use Heart of
Fury to speed up your attacks. Mystic Regeneration and Mystic Vigor
should cover for a lot of healing, but if that's not enough, read the
suggestions below:

You may notice that sometimes you get spiked hard. So if having the
insane health regeneration isn't enough, you can either use Dwanya's
Touch in place of Harrier's Haste (makes a great heal for others, but
the touch part becomes cumbersome as you can't reach your fellow
teammates in time).
Or take all attributes off of Wind Prayers, replace the wind prayers
rune with a rune of vitae and then set the points into Earth Prayers
and Mysticism. Then you replace Mystic Vigor with Vital Boon and
replace Harrier's Haste with Signet of Pious Light. Makes you a good
healer but do note that the enchantments do not recharge quickly so
spamming Signet of Pious Light may no be such a hot idea.

I used this build on the guy on the Isle of the Nameless that tells
your DPS and such. I dealt about 57 DPS. Sure that's not too much, but
it does bother some things and sometimes even kills them! I have
killed many people with this build and since other's have enjoyed it
so much! I gave the build and equipment to them and they started using
it. Pretty funny stuff.

Anyway, here's my nice little line when I use this build. I say this
before each round starts:
This build is just for laughs, so please don't criticize me. And if
you die by it, you should be ashamed.

Anyway, enjoy this! I'm going to post this on Guild Wars Guru, you can
find it under Game Shoes (that's me) there.

Cool story. I actually built a funny build as well. When me and my
brother goes AB, and we are in a losing streak because of stupid
teammates (i'm talking about losing anywhere from saltspray to the
deep (luxon/kurzick), where we are suppose to win in these places) we
use this build together to annoy the people out of their minds and we
use it also to sort of mock the alliance (luxon/kurzick) for being so
stupid. We called this build "Ruins of all Builds"

here are the builds
Person 1 (Ranger):
1. edge of extinction
2. energizing wind
3. fertile season
4. predatory season
5. primal echoes
6. symbiosis
7. toxicity
8. escap (elite)

Person 2 (Ranger):
1. tranquility
2. winnowing
3. winter
4. roaring winds
5. muddy terrain
6. nature's renewal
7. quickening zephyr
8. escape (elite)

Just thinking about it when we used it makes me laugh. Everyone's
build, I mean everyone, fails. Both foe and ally start swearing and
asking who brought all the nature ritual. Can you picture it? Also
sometimes people get scared thinking that all the nature rituals are
actual mobs! Its just so funny. This build works for its purpose, and
it's to ruin people's build.

true that....
And are you sure that energizing wind would screw everybody over?
Well, I guess it could screw elementalists when they use Meteor shower
or any 25 energy spell.
But like assassins... they wouldn't care lol.
But Muddy Terrain LMAO, love that spirit.

Okay, I made a variation for Alliance Battles, here's the build:

Mystic Vigor
Armor of Sanctity
Mark of Rodgort
Vow of Strength (elite)
Conjure Flame
Heart of Fury
Mystic Regeneration
Veil of Thorns

Take all earth prayers off by the way. You should have 10 fire magic,
11 mysticism and 13 earth magic.
Too bad Mystic Regeneration got nerfed big time... can't tank as much
now.
Use Veil of Thorns + Armor of Sanctity to tank more as mystic
regeneration can't save you as well now.

Also for random arena, I think harrier's Haste is a little stupid now.
Replace it with either Armor of Sanctity or Vital Boon.
