I get this annoying error from time to time for no apparent reason. Think it is a hard to find bug in VS Code C# environment (specifically in the OmniSharp extension) which triggers from time to time, and messes up the launch files in the .vscode folder. It may be triggered depending on how you create a C# project, seems that part of OmniSharp ceases to work and this triggers the problem. Looking closely in the OmbiSharp output console I do sometime get a note, that launch.json is locked, and thus cannot be modified, but most often OmniSharp fails without any message, I suppose there are various possible causes.
Note that there are variuos tipps on the net which tell you to modify launch.json or tasks.json by hand to get rid of the problem. While this may help if you are patient enough to do all the necessary changes by hand every time, this is a poor workaround. If OmniSharp does its job correctly, its doing all the modifications, if the modifications fail, clear the files and restart OmniSharp instead of messing with the files by hand.

You can create a launch template that contains the configuration information to launch an instance. You can use launch templates to store launch parameters so that you do not have to specify them every time you launch an instance. For example, a launch template can contain the AMI ID, instance type, and network settings that you typically use to launch instances. When you launch an instance using the Amazon EC2 console, an AWS SDK, or a command line tool, you can specify the launch template to use.
The following diagram shows a launch template with three versions. The first version specifies the instance type, AMI ID, subnet, and key pair to use to launch the instance. Visual Studio Code generates a launch.json (under a .vscode folder in your project) with almost all of the required information. To get started with debugging you need to fill in the program field with the path to the executable you plan to debug. The final step in securing a license was a completion of an environmental review by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) of upgrades to the Starship launch pad at Boca Chica, Texas, notably the addition of a water deluge system. Calculating orbit trajectories and launch windows is a complex task involving a variety of parameters that may or may not be constantly changing. In order to make this task accessible to high-school students, some variable parameters have been stabilized and some assumptions have been made. This problem, with these simplifications, allows students to generate an approximation of the launch window to Mars.
