Dear User Community,
a good numbers of users have mentioned this problem (in the forum and directly to us). Unfortunately, we have never been able to reproduce the problem. We want to create a thread (this thread) to address it once and for all.
We know that this problem is associated with the license.
Perhaps the error may be due to file paths that use characters not present in the Latin alphabet (such as Chinese characters). Can anyone let us know if this issue appeared also when the license file was put in a path exclusively consisting of characters in the basis ASCII alphabet?
