De pincode van je simkaart is standaard 0000 tenzij je iets anders hebt ingesteld. Heb je de pukcode nodig? Die vind je heel eenvoudig via My Vodafone. Lukt dit niet? Dan kun je de pukcode ook opvragen via onze klantenservice.
Let op: enkel de contractant mag deze gegevens bij ons opvragen! Dit kan dus niet door een familielid of partner opgevraagd worden.
Now I have an important voicemail.
When I ring 707 it just says it has been locked and to contact 777, goodbye.
707 technical support have no clue how to reset a voicemail box that has been locked.
Very frustrated.
Has anyone else been through this before?

The last person has said they are not aware of how to unlock it and will have to get back to me later (meaning likely hours, possibly days).
Appreciate your help though Linux. I mean yes my fault for locking it, but surely Vodafone have come across locked voicemails before?

I didnt know there was one, how do I find that number out? I use the myvodafone app for topping up etc?

NOOOO not 777 again haha. First lady I hate saying this as its nothing to do with ethnicity, I just literally could not understand every second word, the 3rd chap was a SEA gentleman. Is the call center located in India?

Well I guess I will ring them back, the last chap said "he will be looking into it and get back to me as son as he can", so yeah, dont hold much hope with that.

Thats what I told the offshore call center person who said he will make sure its handled urgently. Didnt hear back from him.
I think if they just repeating whats in the Online Help system, just save some money and don't have a call center.
