guidata and guiqwt have moved to GitHub

Hi all,

As you may have noticed lately, the guidata and guiqwt projects have moved to GitHub.

You may have submitted a bug report or a feature request on the old GoogleCode project page a while ago. Note that these "Issues" are not lost: they were migrated to GitHub here and there.

As I've been busy catching up on the backlog these days, you might find out that your "Issue" has already been processed (take a look at the "Closed" issues here and there).

Thanks again for your feedback and for using guidata and guiqwt.
