Custom Annotation

Hi James,

I am wanting to support custom annotations to leverage 3rd party
components; I am wondering if the patch for Guice's issue 258 is still
valid?

Its a pain an excellent feature like this still hasn't made it into
Guice.

Its valid in the mirror of Guice hosted at GuiceyFruit - but Guice
trunk has changed massively lately..

which is interesting (particularly the last post from Bob) where it
looks like there might soon be some kind of hook so folks can add
custom annotation injectors. I had a quick look and didn't really
understand it yet - I'm not yet sure if its finished - but its
certainly looking promising
