iF Design - iF DESIGN STUDENT AWARD 2026

"iF Design, together with its Sponsors offers a platform for innovative student concepts. 

You think design should concern on urgent questions and problems 

worldwide? 

Your studies have introduced you to the first steps of design practice? 

Would you like to present your ideas to a distinguished panel of experts and an international audience?

Eligibility Criteria 

1. Applicants must:

a) be currently enrolled at a university or have graduated no more than 2 years ago;

b) first create a user account; then register online via the my iF section of our website;

c) enter all information and descriptions in English only;

d) submit their presentation poster according to the requirements. 

2. Submissions should be in line with one of the 15 UN SDGs (goal 1-15).

The iF DESIGN STUDENT AWARD is free of charge.

Based on the five evaluation criteria, the jurors evaluate each entry.

The top 300 concepts qualify for the Final Jury.

Winners gain global recognition and a portion of the 50,000 EUR prize money.

The deadline ends on 28 January 2026 at 23:59 CET."
