Ignores and tab title

Hi Andrea,

2 unimportant things:

1) It seems that the ignores option is not implemented in Gui2exe
although it appears in the gui.
Can you confirm ?

2) Small bug (for info):
When 2 projects are opened, the titles of the tab (name of the
projects) seem to have a bug.
This is a small bug. May be the following may help you track the
origin.
With 2 different projects, and consequently 2 different names, the 2
tabs appear with the same name (one of the 2 names).
Not always.
I reproduced the bug after making a compilation of one of the
projects, then changing tab.
After one or two seconds, the tab changed name and took that of the
first project.
