Can't copy Makefile in py2app EPD 7.3-2

Using EPD 7.3-2, I found an error below during running py2app. I would be appreciate if anyone can give me suggestion how to fix this error. Thanks.

error: can't copy '/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/7.3/lib/python7.3/config/Makefile': doesn't exist or not a regular file
