Mtg with Doug Lamborn, Aug 11,2010 @ 11:15 am to discuss our core values

Several weeks ago I sent a request to meet with Doug Lamborn to
discusas the core values of the Guffey Group Tea Party. Yesterday I
got the following response:


Mr. Smith,

Thank you for contacting our office to schedule a meeting.
Congressman Lamborn is available to meet with you and the GuffeyGroup
on Wednesday, August 11th at 11:15am in our Colorado Springs office,
located at 1271 Kelly Johnson Boulevard. Dan Nordberg, one of
Congressman Lamborn’s staffers, will also be in the meeting.

Please confirm that you will be able to attend this meeting, or let me
know if a better date/time would work for you.

will talk to our group and see if anyone can attend as we have our 2nd
meeting this Friday evening.

Ron,

Fantastic. We would love to have all the Tea Party from CD5 be there. Maybe we have time to go see the other candidates as well. I have been sort of following Lamborn on our issues like Obama Care and he definitely fought against and voted against that. Can you help set up other personal meetings with the other CD5 candidates?

Great to hear from you Ron. Can you pass the word to the 285bound group? I don't know anyone there. Thanks in advance for your time and effort. I have asked Cindy to help gather suppport over at the Teller Tea Party as well so maybe we can really gain some momentum. Even if we don't have time to actually meet with the other candidates, we can sure pass the word on the internet about what went on there and make sure the other candidates know what we're up to.
