Here is a guide for create a DaRT recovery media that allows for resetting the admin password of a Windows 10 machine. In this case it was a Windows 10 20H2 machine, where the admin password was not known, and the machine was in a workgroup mode too.
Creating the DaRT recovery media is a fairly straightforward process. You need to have the Windows ADK and the WinPE addon installed, and have access to a Windows 10 media since DaRT are using files from those. I have only tested DaRT with Windows ADK 10 2004.
When the DaRT Recovery Image has been created, simply boot your device on it, and start the DaRT tools from the recovery menu. When the DaRT tools menu is shown, select the Locksmith option to reset the admin password. This is what it's look like:

Materials and methods: Healthy adult dogs undergoing desexing surgery were enrolled. More excitable dogs were premedicated with intramuscular acepromazine and morphine; calmer dogs were not premedicated. Anaesthesia was induced using halothane, isoflurane or sevoflurane delivered by mask, or by intravenous propofol, and maintained in standard fashion using one of the three inhalant agents. Thermostat controlled heat mats were used during surgical preparation and surgery. Oesophageal temperature was recorded throughout surgery. The time from cessation of anaesthetic administration until the dog successfully raised itself to sternal recumbency was considered the time of recovery.
Results: Sixty-nine dogs completed the study, 42 males anaesthetised for 60.4 +/- 20.5 min, and 27 females anaesthetised for 85.4 +/- 33.2 min. Oesophageal temperature at the end of surgery was 36.8 +/- 0.80 degrees C. Oesophageal temperature had a significant effect on recovery time, with lower temperatures contributing to slower recoveries. Premedication significantly lengthened recovery times. The choice of induction or maintenance anaesthetic agent had no effect on recovery time.
Discussion: Hypothermia is a common complication of general anaesthesia and surgery. Amongst other deleterious effects, it is associated with slower recovery from anaesthesia, likely due to a number of different mechanisms.

OHC created the Disaster Assistance Response Team, or DART, after Hurricane Sandy to provide assistance and support to housing counseling agencies in disaster areas. 2017 was an exceptionally challenging year for the team because many communities now face recovery from the five major disasters that occurred since August. A major take-away from the DART team was the critical importance of agencies having an emergency preparedness plan in place for continuing operations planning (COOP). In FY18, OHC will be preparing guidance and training to help agencies prepare these plans. All agencies are urged to take training on disaster preparedness and recovery instead of waiting until a superstorm or other disaster strikes first.

In 2016, Northampton police officers teamed up with Hampshire HOPE to create a Drug Abuse Response Team (DART) to serve the city of Northampton. In May of 2017, the name of this program changed to the Drug Addiction and Recovery Team.
DART members are patrol officers who have volunteered to be a part of this program in addition to their regular patrol duties. They attend specialized trainings and collaborate with local organizations to assist members of our community struggling with substance abuse issues. Although all Northampton police officers are trained in opioid overdose response, DART officers are able to provide additional post-overdose resources including connecting the individual with a peer recovery coach or transporting them to a treatment facility. DART officers often work with and provide resources to the family and friends of individuals struggling with substance abuse issues and provide free Naloxone and Naloxone training to Northampton residents and businesses upon request.
