Please join us for meditative movement and ecstatic dance set to music from around the world. The Guelph Groove is held on the first Saturday of the month (September to June) at 42 Quebec Street (3rd floor), in downtown Guelph. Doors open at 7:15 pm. The dance begins at 7:30 pm with an opening circle. Please note that doors close at 7:40 pm.
