ImmutableSortedMultiset not public

The class ImmutableSortedMultiset is marked default, not public. Is
that intended? Aside from RowSortedTable, SortedMultiset is the only
collection interface that lacks an immutable implementation.

This is a known, in-progress issue (http://code.google.com/p/guava-libraries/issues/detail?id=427) that should be fixed by release 12.  The major obstacle at the moment, I think, is GWT compatibility.
