Relocation of jsr305 package

The lastest version of guava package uses the old version of jsr305
But jsr has been relocated to com.github.spotbugs -> spotbugs-annotations
Will there be a future update to use new relocated package.

In an upcoming release, we'll be removing the jsr305 dependency entirely (in favor of using JSpecify nullness annotations). I hope to publish that release within the next couple weeks.
