Here is the agenda for this Friday's Perth volunteer meeting.
Friday, October 21th at 6:30 P.M at Coutts & Company
1) Welcome and introduction of new members and special guests Dona Clara Maria Colop and Utzil Yac (one of our Guatemalan partners)
2) Ask for volunteer chair and secretary to record minutes .
3) Review + add to agenda as appropriate.
4) Review + approve last GSP volunteer minutes of Sept. 13/11
*Actions items* from last meeting
a) Confirm the dates for the Volunteer trip to Guatemala as Feb 5 - 19, 2012
b) Reminder of Clara's visit October 7th to Nov 21th and the opportunity to do presentations with Clara while she is here
5) Clara Colop will present to us a short history of the GSP's projects she has worked with over the last 11 years and the difference they have made as well as present conditions in Guatemala and what we may find when volunteers arrive this February.

Friday November 4th Annual fundraising dance Civitan Club with Mumbo Jumbo Voodoo Combo - update planning process, distribute tickets.
Clara and Utzil area available to do presentations for the GSP during their stay, so far they are booked for St. Paul's Church Oct.23, and Brooke Valley School Nov 1 1-3 PM. This is a great opportunity for cross cultural exchange and for potential donors to learn first-hand about the benefits of our stoves.
