To make naming more intuitive a e.g. ERB Parser should parse ERB into
temple and compile temple into ERB.

Sure, feel free to say that a parser parses, but it still compiles too:
Compiler - Something that turns X into Y
Parser - A compiler that takes a string
Generator - A compiler that generates a string
