Content search returns results that do not include query terms

Hi,

I have been using the content API endpoint for a while, but I have just realised that it sometimes returns results that do not match the query. Upon closer investigation it seems that results include items that contain words that only resemble the query without matching it exactly.

For example, looking for articles that may contain the words "supersealed" or "super sealed", I retrieved over 100 results that matched neither expression but whose entries contained variations on "supersize".

Is that new? Is it a feature of the search engine? If so, is there a way to prevent it?
