New Ruby library

I've started exploring the open API sometime ago and I've noticed that the Ruby client Library is quite old, so I've started developing a new one.

I've released it through rubygems and in the past year I didn't have time to work on it  but finally things settled down at a personal level and I'm starting adding new stuff to it.

Thanks for keeping this API open
