Rate Limits and Research Projects

Dear Open Platform Team,

Thank you for providing this API and maintaining the support forum; they are excellent resources for the community.

I am a researcher working on an academic project involving Natural Language Processing. For this project, we need to gather a comprehensive dataset of news articles from your platform, spanning from 1999 to the present, to train the model.

This data will be used strictly for non-commercial, academic purposes. Would it be possible to get a temporary increase in our API rate limit to finish this data collection?
