All-Subjects endpoint

Hi all,

I'm trying to get a list of all valid filters for a content search.
The docs say "valid values can be obtained using the all-subjects
endpoint", but I can't work out the right URL to hit this endpoint.
All the constructions I'm trying are failing, or returning 0 results.
