Content search broken again

Looks like the same problem from last December has recurred.

This search for articles in today's paper returns only 14 items:

https://content.guardianapis.com/search?from-date=2023-09-08&to-date=2023-09-08&use-date=newspaper-edition&page=1&page-size=200&api-key=test

The same for yesterday's date returns 91:

https://content.guardianapis.com/search?from-date=2023-09-07&to-date=2023-09-07&use-date=newspaper-edition&page=1&page-size=200&api-key=test

Has this broken again? It's only returning 25 articles from today's Observer:
